Gooseneck: Gooseneck in SNT design to optimize the loading deck length, approximately 3,750 mm long. Gooseneck hydraulically liftable/lowerable and detachable. Technical king pin load: 23,000 kg. Suitable for tractor units: 4 x 2, 6 x 2, and 6 x 4.
Lowbed: Lowbed with external beams in extendable SUPER LOW design, approximately 6,850 mm in length. Lowbed with fixed hardwood floor (approx. 40 mm thick) and mechanical locking system. The supply lines are protected inside the extendable beams and automatically adjust to the respective length of the lowbed. 5 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outward (LC 10,000 daN). 6 pairs of threaded blocks on the inner beam for mounting bolted RUD rings.
Rear running gear: Rear running gear with closed outer frame, checker plate covering, and continuous prism-shaped excavator trough, approx. 1,250/700 x 505 mm, open at the rear. 2 pairs of lashing rings, foldable outward (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings lying in the trough LC 16,000 daN. 1 pair of lashing rings lying in the trough LC 10,600 daN. 2 pairs of stake pockets for insert stakes approx. 100 x 50 mm in the outer frame.
PENDLE-AXLE: Pendle-axle, all axles hydro-mechanically forced steered. Hose rupture valve on the axle compensation cylinder with automatic reset function. Hydraulic cylinders with shut-off valves and interlock pins for securing in raised position. Axles finished with 2 coats of 2K paint in single-tone FAY-Grey-34-0260. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Hydraulic axle compensation. Axle tool.
Tyres: 245/70 R 17.5 3PMSF – make of our choice. Load index (146/146F)
TPMS: TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.
Brake system: Wabco brake system compliant with EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M), without connection lines to tractor unit.
Electrical system: Electrical system according to EU requirements, lighting 24 Volt ASPĂ–CK-NORDIK (ASS3). All side marker LED lights flash synchronously with indicators. ASPĂ–CK-UNIBOX at the front connection panel with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections according to ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098.
Steel construction: High-strength fine-grained steel structure. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355MPa), S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690MPa).

Paintwork: Complete steel structure is automatically blasted with a turbine system after welding. Secondary blast treatment with corundum for optimum coating adhesion. HRM-metallization of the entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for maximum corrosion protection. Final finish with 2 coats of 2K top coat, single-tone in RAL 3002 Carmine Red, according to RAL System 841GL.
Includes the following additional equipment:
- 2-inch king pin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Rear and front steering by wired remote control via push-buttons, with axle single-track monitoring (without installation in tractor unit)
- Electro-hydraulic power pack (± 45kg)
- 2 pairs of bolt-on container locks on the outer beams. Including 2 pairs of container locks for 1x 20' or 1x 40' container
