The ISUZU D-Max is a rear-wheel-drive pickup with selectable four-wheel drive, falling under the N1 commercial vehicle category for off-road vehicles.

The D-Max Type BTF (model year 2020 onward) is available for the European market in the following versions:
• 1 engine: 1.9 L common-rail VGS turbo diesel, 120 kW and 360 Nm
• 2 transmissions: manual 6-speed or 6-speed automatic (not in SiC)
• 3 cabs: Single Cab (SiC), Space Cab (SC), and Double Cab (DC)
• 4 trim levels: L (all), LS (SC and DC), LSE (SC and DC), and V-CROSS (DC)
