Invitation to submit purchase offers for a lot consisting of 26 electric vehicles under the Maxus brand, including the following models: E DELIVER 3 (15 units, registered by I.VE.TRA, zero mileage), T90 (3 units, new and to be registered; 1 prototype not eligible for registration), and EH300 (7 chassis-cab units, new and to be registered), sold as-is and available for collection at the Faldo yards in Livorno. Transport costs are to be borne by the buyer.

The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of EUR 326,000.00.

Further details are available in the data room – access to be requested from the Administrator by submitting a historical company registry extract including the latest filed financial statements – instructions to follow.

Improved bids, in the context of a possible competitive sale procedure, must be submitted to the Administrator by January 20, 2026, and accompanied by a non-transferable cashier’s check payable to Koelliker Milano Srl for 10% of the offered price, to be delivered to the Administrator’s address.
