* Subframe made of shot-blasted steel profiles with longitudinal and crossbeams. Short crossbeam spacing for high surface load capacity. Subframe hot-dip galvanized. Subframe manufactured and mounted according to the latest Iveco body guidelines. Box body side and front walls made of aluminum cell construction in clamping design. Roof made of fully translucent, glass-fiber reinforced GRP fabric.
* One-wing side door on the right side. Clear opening approx. 900mm, clear height approx. 2,050mm. Side door fully foldable against the side wall, lockable with door retainers. Inside the door: rotary bar lock. Sturdy fixed step below side door. Galvanized rear portal frame with gas-spring-supported upper rear flap and pulling strap. Surrounding sealing frame with stainless steel grab handle and side stop at the rear portal frame for tail lift operation. Interior side and front wall lining with 6mm plywood. On both side walls, interior lower area fitted with galvanized scuff plates approx. 250mm high above the lower slatted lashing rail. Impact protection from screen-printed board in front of the front wall. On each side wall, two rows of recessed combination lashing rails for securing or lashing cargo. Directly above the floor, one row of slatted lashing rails per side wall. In the floor, each side has 4 recessed lashing rings, each with a load capacity of 2,500 daN. Floor made of water-resistant, glued 21mm screen-printed layered panels, continuous hardwood layers, specially constructed, with non-slip screen-printed surface. Floor screwed down and sealed all-round. Type: MBB C 1000 L, tail lift: lifting capacity 1,000kg, load center 600mm. Four-hydraulic-cylinder version / 2x lifting cylinders + 2x tilting cylinders, low-maintenance bearings with grease points. Lifting gear with KTL coating and additional powder coating. EC underrun protection according to ECE 58R03.
* 12V electrohydraulic low-noise hydraulic unit. Electronic control with diagnostic port for digital monitoring. Fixed access step.
