We are offering brand new hooklift flatbeds with steel side walls, manufactured in-house, for sale.

The flatbed features the following specifications:

- Manufactured according to DIN 30722-1
- Lifting bar diameter: 50mm
- Hook height: 1,570mm
- Usable platform dimensions: 6,000mm x 2,420mm x 800mm

- 5mm S-235 steel floor plate
- Plates and profiles fully welded
- Each side equipped with spring-assisted steel drop sides, 3mm S-235 grade steel
- 7x side wall hinges per side for enhanced performance
- Drive-over and spring-assisted tailgate (4.5t point load!)
- Side walls, tailgate & rear posts can be completely removed quickly if required
- External rollers are greaseable and replaceable
- 5 pairs of recessed lashing rings, each with a tensile load of 2.5t, variably positionable in MultiLock rails
- Front side with 2 lashing rings, each with a tensile load of 7t
- All steel parts are automatically sandblasted before further processing
- Only high-quality steel from Thyssen Krupp used, including certification
- Primed with premium 2K zinc phosphate primer
- Painted with high-quality 2K paint in RAL 7016
- Warning markings according to §32 (1) German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) & DIN 67520
