The "Gerätewagen Logistik Spezial" (Special Logistics Equipment Carrier) is particularly well-suited for extremely challenging off-road applications. The vehicle is designed for transporting equipment, extinguishing agents, and other bulky loads. It excels, especially in forest fire and flood operations, thanks to its unique technical features such as a lighting mast, front mounting plate for snow plows, or thermal line protection.

The vehicle is fitted with a comprehensive load management system, including locking bars, airline rails, and bows. Extensive cargo area lighting and external work lights are installed. At the rear, there is a reversing camera. The vehicle also has an onboard battery charger. Basic fire service equipment is included, as well as a digital radio system. Additionally, there is a roof-mounted blue lightbar system, which can be retrofitted with yellow or red modules.
