Basic configuration Sweeper

Controls: Main control panel mounted centrally in the cabin with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions plus download capability for recorded data. Additionally, images from up to four cameras can be displayed on the JVM screen. On the door side, there is a separate control console with palm rest for operating the main sweeping functions.

Suction blower: Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm to adjust to different operating conditions.

V65t: Higher gear ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush (gutter brush): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cabin). Highly visible signal yellow brush disc and hose guide.

Suction mouth: Suction mouth made of cast aluminum with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system: Spray heads for dust control are located at the suction nozzle(s), disc brush, and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water recycling system. EUnited 4-star certificate according to PM10.

Electrics: 24 V. All external wiring harness connectors meet IP67 protection class requirements.

External noise / sound power level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard power engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC.

Debris hopper: The superstructure consists of a debris hopper and integrated water tank. Manufactured from highly durable stainless steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water filter allows the debris hopper to be used as a large water tank for street washing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage debris hopper support, two protected rear rotating beacons, and LED work lights are standard equipment.

Water tank: The water tank with anti-slosh protection can be filled via a type 'A' hydrant. The double-membrane pump is suitable for continuous operation and even for dry running. Water volume: 1545 l (optional 2000 l)

Exhaust hood: The smooth-surfaced exhaust hood is lined with frequency-selective sound insulation.
