Main and auxiliary frames made of high-strength double-T profiles, grade ST 52.3, 4-longitudinally profiled, with high-webbed front and rear end closures as well as cross members. Frame behind the bogie with a gradually tapering offset and a 0.8m long rear ramp. Lowest possible ground clearance through recessed wheel wells above the rear wheels. Front corners of the bogie platform chamfered at 45 degrees. Two recessed lashing rings each on the bogie platform and the ramp for attaching tensioning devices. Rear end with wide bearings for the 6-point supported ramp shaft. Side protection with a protective strip according to EC, chocks with clamping lock.
Low-maintenance tapered roller bearing axles with automatic adjustment, two-circuit air brake system according to EC and parking brake.
Bogie and drawbar: Made of double-T profiles in welded construction with a ball swivel joint. Drawbar standard length 1500 mm, with 8 eyelets, 50 mm in diameter. Drawbar support with threaded spindle as a height adjustment device. The vehicle does not have axle compensation!
24 Volt, 2 connection cables, 7-pole, with polarity reversal protection. Large rectangular four-chamber lights including side marker lights and reversing lights, front distribution box, rear outline lights, side marker reflector lights, and holder for a single-line license plate.
Underbody made of pine wood, 40 mm thick, pressure-impregnated. Low-loader platform and ramp with cross-laid top layer, 30 mm thick, running longitudinally. Total floor thickness 70 mm. Bogie platform with longitudinally running single floor and recessed, open tool compartment, size L 700 x W 800 x D 180 mm.
Ramps: In welded construction with trough sheet, cross members, wooden deck running longitudinally, 50 mm thick. Ramp tips reinforced. Ramp support with tension lock and securing device. Ramps can be shifted by 470 mm on each side, with perforated rail and sliding tube. Ramp shaft made of plain steel. Articulated arm spring lifter with outer and inner springs for easy single-person operation, with automatic floor supports.
Steel grit-blasted, zinc phosphate primed, single-color acrylic lacquered in RAL colors, wheels silver. Traffic, light, and metallic colors as well as two-tone paintwork, wood stained.
