Sea containers are wind- and waterproof, large-volume containers used for the transport of goods by sea, land, or air. These containers, which are standardized according to ISO dimensions, can be loaded and unloaded and stacked particularly quickly and easily.
High Cube containers have the same footprint as a standard container. They are as wide and as long, but are designed to be taller. This results in a larger volume for more payload. In contrast to standard containers with a height of 2591 mm, High-Cube containers have a height of 2896 mm.
