Condition notes:
The vehicle shows the usual wear and tear associated with age and use. It is known that the paint has lost its shine in some areas and small corrosion spots are visible. The water heater for hot water preparation is present but currently not connected. There was frost damage, and some parts need to be replaced. These parts are already available. Anyone who needs or wants hot water can have this done. The rear door requires a bit more force when closing; you can definitely feel its age.
