Chassis: Reinforced, continuous chassis design, new.

Body: Self-supporting construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength. Cross members, 140 mm high, reinforced design for high ground load. Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area, made of galvanized steel up to the support structure (semitrailer construction, max. 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5".
Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard information center, electronic brake wear indicator (BWI) readable in the central control unit (CCU) (display), 1st axle with starting aid (new EC regulation, without CCU option).

Tires and Wheels:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5, approximately 50-60% tread, on steel rims, silver, 11.75x22.5, offset 120.

Kingpin:
2" kingpin bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20 tons support load with pivoting foot.

Braking System:
According to EC standards, EBS E system Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support) and Premium Modulator, spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System:
According to the guidelines of EC standards 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 five-chamber lights, Aspöck Europoint 3 type, integrated in the aluminum rear panel, 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket, with side marker lights in LED design, 2 reflective panels on the rear, position lights front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated in the U-shaped protection.

Body/Container:
Body completely welded on the inside, reinforced side walls.
Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum container, side walls 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600 mm wide, completely welded with lower and upper belt. Plank profiles completely welded on the inside. Floor as a sliding floor system laid on 140 mm ALU cross members. Floor load approximately 9 tons/m2. Cross members mounted relatively close together (approx. 350 mm). ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in a straight design. Special ALU corner profiles in a beveled design. Smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 ALU wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel rod locks, mounted in a welded ALU rear frame with Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the side. Moving discharge wall with Kevlar cover, approx. 1,800 mm long, plus side Kevlar seal.

Hydraulic System: "Cargo - Floor" Sliding Floor System
Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved ALU profiles on ALU square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD sliders, plus anti-lifting glide bearings, type CF, 10 mm floor design. Hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke. Fixed stops on the front wall, separate possibility for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed stops. Line size NW 21. Fixed stops with a size and design to be specified. Operating pressure 190-max. 240 bar. ALU end pieces welded into the sliding floor. Electrical operation at the rear left with remote control integrated in a lockable, waterproof box.
