Body Specifications: SSAB brand HARDOX 450 – 500 TUF high-strength, wear- and impact-resistant steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm are used.

CHASSIS
Longeron (I Beam Section): Mirror sheet 3–8 mm / top and bottom plates 6–12 mm STRENX S700MC (SSAB) flexible and high-strength sheets are manufactured using fully automated submerged arc welding technology.
Bumper: Standard folding bumper compatible with asphalt finishers.
King Pin: ECE R55 regulation compliant 2″ or 3″ removable bolt-connected flanged king-pin.
Landing Gear: Double-speed telescopic landing gear with transmission, compliant with ISO 1726 and ISO 1726-2 standards, with a dynamic load capacity of 24 tons and a static load capacity of 50 tons.
Side Protection: Side protection with type approval certificate compliant with ECE R73 Regulation.

BRAKE SYSTEM
EBS Modulator: Electro-pneumatic EBS 2S/2M braking system compliant with UN ECE R13 regulations and featuring an anti-lock braking system (ABS) (WABCO or KNORR).
Brake Chambers: 4 pcs emergency brake chambers (30/30) and 2 pcs service brake chambers (30).
Brake Slack Adjusters: HALDEX or SAF brand Automatic Brake Slack Adjusters.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Lifting Cylinder: A Hidromas or HYVA brand telescopic cylinder with a minimum lifting angle of 45° is used. When the piston reaches the final stage, a bypass system is applied to prevent strain.
Oil Tank and Hoses: Hidromas or HYVA brand oil tank with oil gauge and oil filter, high-pressure resistant hydraulic hoses.

OTHER FEATURES
Electrical System: Aspöck Europoint III or SABA brand lighting system with 24V LED side position lamps, equipped with 2×7 and 1×15 pin sockets, compliant with UN ECE R48 regulation and ADR legislation.
