Welcome to your next great travel adventure! We are delighted to present this exclusive Phoenix Maxi Alcove 7500 RSL (model year 2021) from its first owner. This top-class premium motorhome combines unparalleled living comfort, maximum self-sufficiency, and state-of-the-art technology for discerning travelers. Built on the extremely robust Iveco Daily 60 C 18 chassis with a powerful 3.0-liter engine (125 kW / 180 hp, Euro 6 d) and comfortable manual transmission, you will always enjoy a confident and relaxed journey. With its first registration in June 2021 and a mileage of just 29,800 km, the vehicle is in excellent condition, both technically and visually (valid inspection until 08/2027).

Living comfort & highlights in the interior: The well-thought-out RSL floor plan impresses with elegant upholstery in fabric (according to the Phoenix color chart) and comfortable single beds that ensure a restful sleep. The generous alcove extension of approx. 13 cm, including a large Seitz-Midi-HEKI roof window, creates an airy and open atmosphere in the sleeping area. The retractable table can be quickly converted into an additional sleeping area with the help of extra cushions. Additional storage space is optimally utilized by a practical drawer pull-out in the base under the bench seat.

Culinary delights & top-notch utilities: The kitchen, with its exclusive gas oven in a luxury design and a spacious compressor refrigerator (118 liters including a 17-liter freezer compartment), ensures the perfect dinner on board. In terms of self-sufficiency, the permanently installed 90-liter liquid gas tank (including a gas filter) and the high-quality ceramic toilet with an integrated 230-liter waste tank are unbeatable. A separate ventilation system for the waste water tank above the fresh water tank (including an activated carbon filter) always ensures odorless freshness.

The high-quality Alde Compact 3020 hot water heating system and comfortable underfloor heating guarantee cozy warmth in any weather. Entertainment is provided by the fully automatic Oyster V satellite system with two independent TV sets – so there is a suitable program for every taste.

This vehicle leaves nothing to be desired and is ready for your dream vacation.

Come and see for yourself – we look forward to your visit in Dülmen!
