The automatic metering of materials
ensures that the quality of the
screed remains consistent throughout
the pumping process. Pneumatic filling
of the polystyrene can be carried out
via the filling port.
With the ‘New Generation’ TransMix, you have everything: the materials and the machine for pumping.
With this 2-chamber, wheeled silo, with a powerful screw pump for mixing insulating screed (EPS) and other self-leveling screeds (such as: liquid screed, anhydrite screed, cement-based liquid screed, etc.), you have a total capacity of 49 m³ at your disposal.
The hopper (chamber) for the polystyrene has a capacity of 37 m³ and the cement has 2 x 6 m³ (or 1 x 12 m³).
The polystyrene metering is volumetric. The cement metering is volumetric or by weight (selectable). The water metering is done using a pulse-based system.
The new Kubota 4-cylinder diesel engine meets the latest emission standards.
