The FABO PRO series is a mobile, closed-circuit crushing plant, particularly suitable for limestone and other types of stone with a soft to medium hardness.

MAIN FEATURES:

* Closed-circuit crushing to achieve the desired product size.
* Variable capacity, depending on the material feed and the final product dimensions to be crushed.
* All equipment is assembled on a single, robust, heavy-duty chassis and can be transported by one truck.
* Conveyors are foldable.
* Up to 3 different aggregate sizes can be produced.
* As the entire plant is built on a single chassis, it offers the advantage of a fast production line.
* The PRO series mobile crushing plant can be operated by a single person; feeding can be done by truck, loader, or excavator.
* The plant can be installed in 2 days using its special, heavy-duty chassis.
* With its multifunctional primary impact crusher, the plant can crush different product sizes with high capacity.
* It is equipped with a 3-axle, air-controlled brake system, and signaling system.
* The hydraulic system is controlled by a remote system.
* All motors are protected with metal sheet covers.
* The dust suppression system prevents dust generation by using high-pressure water.
* The mobile system has a complete, fully automated system. The plant can also be controlled using a tablet by a single operator.
