At Agritechnica 2009, JCB will present its latest and smallest mini telescopic loader to date, the 515-40 Miniscopic. With its compact dimensions of 1.80 m in height, 2.97 m in length, and a total weight of less than 3.5 tons, this innovative mini telescopic loader promises extremely interesting application possibilities. Many of the complex tasks that previously had to be performed with several different machines can now be accomplished with just one machine. In particular, European agricultural contracting companies, as well as pig, poultry, cattle, and dairy farms, will benefit significantly from this compact model. The mini telescopic loader was developed to improve productivity in agricultural applications, such as silage harvesting, stacking bales or pallets, and to make work easier. For simple, efficient maneuverability, even in confined spaces and on uneven terrain, the new telescopic loader offers all-wheel drive, all-wheel steering, and a hydrostatic transmission. Thanks to the 50 hp Deutz engine, this JCB machine has a load capacity of 1,500 kg with a lifting height of 4 meters. For even greater versatility, the compact telescopic loader can be equipped with a quick-release coupling. The combination of the most important functions in one machine represents a valuable addition to any operation. Compact and maneuverable, the machine can operate within buildings, which is often not possible with traditional machines. Due to its low weight, the mini telescopic loader offers good off-road capability on soft ground. The compact dimensions and high lifting height give the machine more flexibility when loading. In particular, it allows materials to be loaded directly, even in low buildings. Despite its compactness, the telescopic loader is characterized by a high level of comfort, with a spacious, air-conditioned cabin and an air-sprung DeLuxe driver's seat. The cabin, with its low noise level, complies with ROPS and FOPS standards, guaranteeing safety and protecting health. Access is facilitated by a low step. An automatic warning system in the driver's field of vision continuously monitors and transmits the machine's stability and tilt resistance.
