*CSC stands for Container Safety Convention and describes a safety agreement for containers. All new containers are marked with a CSC plate, which is valid for five years from the date of manufacture. This plate regulates the safe use of containers. After the 5-year period, the plate can be updated by a qualified professional for a maximum of 30 months.
