STAS V- OP 10.6 50m³ GMP Transport

Chassis
Constructed in aluminum, cranked chassis (volume version: -80 mm). Two fully-automatically welded I-beams with welded cross members. Chassis width: 1,300 mm.

Axles and Suspension Drum Brake
BPW axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t drum axles with BPW air suspension; air bellows centrally mounted to the chassis longitudinal beams. Lift axle with starting aid and manual forced lowering, raise/lower valve, parking brake.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 with approx. 30–40% tread remaining, mounted on steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0, UNI-wheel bolts for alloy rims.

Kingpin
2” bolted into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support legs by Jost, with 2 x 20 t load capacity. Swivel feet used for air suspension models.

Brake System
In accordance with E.G. regulations, dual-line Wabco system. Spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles and EBS-D Wabco system. Aluminium air tank system.

Electrical System
Compliant with StVZO regulations, featuring two five-chamber tail lamps, 24-volt system with 2 x 7-pin connectors, side marker lamps, and two separate halogen reversing lamps.

Tipping Body / Dump Body Fully Welded Interior
Aluminum dump body. Side panels: 30 mm thick multi-chamber profiles (2–3 mm), 600 mm wide, welded; floor approx. 8 mm thick, made of high-wear resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110); front wall 4 mm, reinforced, straight type. Rear wall is a universal door, straight version with 2-leaf division (2/3–1/3), fitted with a grain chute. ALU round profile welded to the side and lower edges for rear door gap sealing. Rear doors partially clad in smooth aluminum. Universal door operated automatically/pneumatically, lockable with a separate lever. Rear strut from aluminum, swiveling. Two hold-down devices with rubber buffers attached to the tipping body, mounted to the front wall frame.

Hydraulic System
Tipping cylinder renewed in 2023. Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, approx. 150 bar working pressure, manufacturer Edbro; 150 bar, with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and 1'' loose half coupling.

Accessories
6 Parlok mudguards; complete spray protection across the full vehicle width, attached to underrun protection. ALU spare wheel holder. Right-side folding underrun protection. Large tool box, Type 860. Approx. 3 m ALU ladder. 3 ALU swing bars, raised by approx. 150 mm in the middle. Additional center-mounted bow support for positioning up to two bows to increase loading width. Roll tarp with a central light strip and separate reinforcements at high-wear zones, ca. 660g/m² quality, with rolling tarp system. Surrounding rubber cord at the rear tarp closure, fastened with two hooks to the rear swing bar. Walkway on the frame in chassis color with access from both sides. Side tarp closure with tension straps. Rear tarp closure with ALU cover sheet and roll tarp at the back, with welded rubber cord to prevent water ingress. Robust, foldable underrun protection in aluminum with towing eyes on the left. ALU grain hopper with sack attached to the side of the frame. 2 wheel chocks incl. holders. Etc.
