MERCEDES-BENZ 312 D-KA Sprinter Einsatzleitung (ex-RTW) BINZ

German garage-kept vehicle from 1995.

This Sprinter was originally operated as a standard ambulance (RTW) and was then overhauled at BINZ in 2007 at 160,000 km and converted into a command vehicle (ELW). At the same time, an auxiliary heater was retrofitted, and a DOMETIC stationary air conditioning unit (Blizzard 3000, 3 kW) was installed on the roof.

A side awning for mounting on the right-hand side is included, packaged in the rear.

The value of the conversion work at BINZ amounted to €60,000.00 in 2007. The original order confirmation with all conversion details is available. The official fire brigade re-certification took place on 25.05.2007.

Since then, according to the logbook, the Sprinter has only covered an additional 8,000 kilometers and has been stored almost exclusively indoors.

The front seats are mounted on swivel bases. There are 3 seats installed, and a maximum of 5 seats is permissible according to the vehicle registration.

Engine: OM602 five-cylinder turbo diesel, 2,874 cc, Euro 1, 122 hp.

Due to its recent use as a mobile accommodation, this Sprinter is ideally suited for conversion or further development as a camper van/motorhome.

Good winter tires (DOT 2016, nearly full tread) are fitted.

The Sprinter is in good condition. In April 2026, it was driven 600 km on the motorway to our location without any problems.
