Subframe specially reinforced

Standard equipment:
- Subframe INP 180 approx. 7000mm long, reinforced at the front crane area with S355 steel
- Hook height 1570 mm
- Reinforced lifting bracket 60mm
- C-locking system
- UVV tested to DIN 30722-1 (15,000 kg)
- Removable ladder at front, bolted, RAL color 3002 carmine red

Optional equipment:
- Polyamide rollers front and rear, greasable and replaceable
- Front mounting plate for a loading crane, milled and welded between the frame beams, 20mm thick, 2000mm long, made of S355 steel
- Clearance for loading crane 1000mm, resulting in an internal loading area length of approx. 5850mm
- Floor-to-wall angle 90°
- Advertising panel left and right center, 2000mm x 1000mm

Floor:
- 5mm HARDOX
- 8 lashing eyes, 4 per side, rotatable and welded into floor

Side walls height 2400 mm:
- 3mm HARDOX
- Side ribs, 2400mm high, front sloped as with JET
- Front wall of loading area 1200mm high to accommodate crane
- Single-wing rear door, heavy-duty version with pickup bracket for container handling on both sides
- Additional toggle bolts

Corrosion protection:
- Container sandblasted
- All steel parts primed twice inside and outside

Painting:
Hjdpfx Asy Dr Dvjahonk
- Synthetic resin finish in RAL 9005 jet black
- Tested in accordance with DGUV 214-017
