Kuvaus

Gooseneck:
- Hydraulically detachable gooseneck with external main frame, featuring integrated steering sensor and individually operated lifting cylinders
- Integrated hydraulic cylinders and support arms for picking up and setting down the low bed
- Hydraulic line connections to the low bed are mounted internally on the main beams in the gooseneck area
- Bracket for storage of locking pins

Low bed, extendable:
- Frame pre-tensioned for maximum payload, reduced payload when extended
- Prepared for fitting of deck widenings
- Telescopic stages approximately every 500 mm, plus container positions
- 7 pairs of swiveling lashing rings, 13,400 daN lashing force
- 5 pairs of stake pockets 100x50 mm in the outer frame
- 3 pairs of M36 threads on the outside of the telescopic frame for screwing in lashing brackets
- 1 pair of M36 threads on the inside of the telescopic frame for screwing in lashing brackets
- Prepared for the installation of container locks
- Adapter without pin/lug coupling: 2 pairs of 13,400 daN lashing rings welded onto the adapter towards the low bed; 1 pair on the outside of the adapter; 1 pair on the inside of the adapter
- 45 mm spruce timber floor fitted between the flatbed frames

Running gear, drivable:
- Short steel welded construction with open excavator trough at the rear

- End cross member with cut-outs for lighting, designed as underride guard according to ECE R58-003
- Valves and electrical distribution protected and installed in the intermediate floor

- DOLL tera pendle axle technology with hydraulically suspended GIGANT pendle axles
- All axles rated at 12 t, with ABS and AGS (automatic slack adjuster)
- All axles hydraulically forced steered, max. 60° steering angle on rearmost axle
- Use of low-maintenance bearings in the steering area
- All lubrication points connected to the central lubrication system
- Lift axle / jack function. A locking pin is supplied for each axle to allow raising
- DOLL tera pendle axles with hydraulic suspension and damping elements
- Raising and lowering device with total lift of 600 mm (-70 / +530)

- Steering transmission at the fifth wheel coupling mounted on a slewing ring

- Rear slave cylinders transfer the steering angle via robust track rods to the steerable axles
