The truck lift platform is an ultra-modern multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. Delivered as a pre-assembled, plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, the unit has already been tested and enables rapid, straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety
The telescopic lifting units feature extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity in accordance with EN 1493. This is achieved by using innovative square 'SQUARE' rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and have a durable, sliding special nickel plating, which minimizes maintenance and increases service life. An internal double hydraulic cylinder safety system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guide is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operating safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure/seal monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is controlled by a portable control unit with a touchscreen, displaying all relevant data and information in a clear layout. Electronic synchronisation control ensures uniform lifting regardless of support point. A signal lamp supports safe raising and lowering. In the event of a power failure, an integrated battery-powered emergency lowering system is provided.

Features and Flexibility
The platform is equipped with an extremely stable roll-over cover made of aluminum profile segments with a non-slip surface. This is drive-over for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and 930 mm in width. The flexible plug-in pickup system allows for accommodating very wide and flat vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-shear and anti-crush safety system provides additional protection.
