Description:
The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is mobile. It is delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette and has already been tested, ensuring quick and straightforward commissioning.

Design and safety:
The telescopic lifting units stand out for their extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity, according to EN 1493. This is achieved by the use of innovative square SQUARE lifting rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, which minimizes maintenance and increases service life. An internally mounted safety double hydraulic cylinder system provides enhanced stability and protection. The entire column guide is designed to be robust and low maintenance. Operational reliability is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and control:
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, which provides a clear display of all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronisation control ensures uniform lifting, regardless of the pickup points. A signal lamp aids in safe raising and lowering. In the event of power failure, a battery-operated emergency lowering system is integrated.

Features and flexibility:
The lift is equipped with an extremely robust roll-over aluminium cover with non-slip surface, driveable for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pickup system allows for very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-shear and anti-crush safety device ensures additional protection.
