Construction & Chassis: The chassis is a heavy-duty I-beam frame made from fully welded S355-grade steel with a UPE 240 outer frame for increased durability. Welding is performed using an automatic submerged ARC welding system, while the superstructure uses robotic welding. The vehicle is fitted with 4 x 16-ton Özgül drum-brake axles, mechanical leaf spring suspension (12–14 leaf stacks), a single-position EU-certified 2” kingpin (Çayırova Brand), 16+1 12 R 22.5 tyres on 9.00 x 22.5 steel rims, and mechanically operated two-speed landing gear (Gos Brand).

Technical Features & Accessories: The braking system features a two-line air brake circuit with emergency and service brake chambers. The 24V electrical system complies with SAE/ADR standards and offers complete vehicle lighting. The loading platform is constructed with a combination of 6/7 mm chequered steel and wooden edge supports, while hydraulic rear loading ramps (2,800 x 900 mm) are reinforced with steel crossbars.
