The trailer is generally in good condition and ready for use.
A small welding job is required on the tailgate to ensure it closes 100% again. Otherwise, everything functions perfectly.

Chassis Semi-Trailer / Tipper
The chassis is a fine-grain steel welded construction in lightweight design, with a fifth wheel plate featuring a replaceable 2" king pin; curved front panel,
24 t two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight base section, without sliding compensation.
Foldable underrun protection.
Half-shell fenders, tarp bar with bracket, towing hook at the rear.

Axles & Suspension
SAF axles with disc brakes, 430 mm disc diameter.
1st axle is an automatic lift axle, including forced lowering and traction aid.

Brake System
2-line compressed air braking system for easy maintenance.
Spring-actuated parking brake.
2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connector line.
EBS electronic braking system with EBS socket at the front, without connecting cable. Vehicle stability program.
Automatic tipping lowering with shut-off valve.

Electrics
24 volts, multi-chamber lights, yellow LED side marker lighting.
2 white positioning lights at the front.
2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear.
Two 7-pin and one 15-pin non-interchangeable sockets at the front, without connecting cable, additional LED work light at the rear, switched via taillight.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, with HDK threaded coupling, fixed part, NW 48 mm (without hose connection).
Hydraulic actuation via truck PTO.
Hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw connector NW=48 mm knurled nut.

Body
Steel round tipper body in "tub design" made from highly wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel.
Slanted front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mount. Internal access on the front wall.
Greenline-conical and aerodynamic tipper shape.
Shovel and broom holder on the outside of the front wall.
"Membrane" rear wall.
Rear wall pendulum-mounted and divided into two-wing doors, 1/2 to 1/2, without swing bracket; each door with a grain chute.
Rear wall with rubber seal.
Side walls fully 4 mm thick, floor 4/5 mm thick.
Standing platform with access steps.
Without lining ISO tipper rolling tarp (unilateral stowage on front right), with central locking on front left.
