The risk of damage shall transfer to the buyer on the date of handover; however, should the buyer delay in taking possession, the risk of damage passes to the buyer after expiry of the stated period. All costs related to collection shall be borne exclusively by the buyer. 7. The buyer has no right to demand any specific characteristics of the subject of sale; the seller assumes no responsibility for the condition of the item and does not guarantee that the buyer will be able to use the purchased item for the intended purpose. 8. The seller does not provide any warranty for the properties of the item and excludes (or limits) liability for defects to the fullest extent permitted by Czech law. 9. The buyer waives in advance any rights from defective performance, in particular the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdraw from the contract, in accordance with § 1916 para. 2 of the Civil Code. 10.
