GAMO VKE 520/3,5 Tandem

We are offering here a very well-maintained, ready-to-use refrigerated display counter trailer from the renowned manufacturer GAMO/RKB, model VKE 520/3.5. The trailer has a permissible gross weight of 3.5 tons. Its overall dimensions are 6.82 m in length, 2.25 m in width, and 2.53 m in height. With an empty weight of 2.27 tons, it offers a payload capacity of 1.23 tons. The trailer features a hydraulic tandem lowering chassis, which can be raised and lowered electrically via a remote control using the onboard battery. When lowered, the sellers stand only 20 cm higher than the customers, ensuring excellent eye contact and allowing even smaller customers a full view of the displayed products.

The trailer was first registered in 02/2015 and is TÜV-approved until 03/2027. It is equipped with underfloor heating, counter edge heating, a 24-inch LED display, POS safe, onboard tools, a handwashing station with two sinks, a boiler, fresh and wastewater tanks, a 32A 400V power connection, and three refrigerated pull-outs for two E2 red plastic crates each (40x60x20 cm), providing space for a total of six crates in the refrigerated compartment.

At the rear wall, there is a generously sized bakery goods shelf, with three large bread bins arranged below it. In the lower part of the rear wall, there is a built-in cabinet with eight doors, offering ample storage space for all the utensils needed at a weekly market.

The counter has modern vertical and horizontal glass panels that seal 100% for secure enclosure. The display area is 5.20 m long and 82 cm deep. The entire counter base is fitted with cooling coils to ensure uniform bottom-up cooling. The trailer is equipped with a reinforced refrigeration unit that maintains 2°C in the counter even at outside temperatures above 30°C. The counter is illuminated by eight BÄRO spotlights, making the workspace extremely bright. There is also plenty of overhead space above the counter for bags and packaging materials.
