This truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, already tested for fast and straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety
The telescopic lifting units are characterized by extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity in accordance with EN 1493, achieved through innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and coated with a durable, low-friction special nickel layer that reduces maintenance and increases service life. The internally protected safety twin-hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guidance is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a portable touchscreen control unit displaying all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronizing control allows for even lifting of the vehicle, regardless of pickup points. A signal lamp helps ensure safe movement up and down. In the event of power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering device is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility
The lift features an extremely robust roll-over cover made of aluminum profile segments with a non-slip surface. It can be driven over with wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pickup system enables lifting of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant pinch and shear position safety feature adds extra protection.
