Very well-maintained motorhome. The vehicle is in excellent condition and is being sold because we now only travel as a couple and are switching to a camper van. The interior is in as-new condition. Both myself and the previous owner always used seat covers for the dinette and driver/passenger seats. I had the upholstery for the seating group custom-made by a professional company, so the original covers are unused. The flooring is also as-new; there was always a protective PVC cover over the original floor.

The vehicle is ideal for families with 1-2 children. It’s been upgraded to a 3,850 kg gross weight. Space-saving, high-quality conversion. Comfortable beds with slatted frames and high-quality mattresses for restful sleep. Both driver and passenger seats swivel. Plenty of storage space for dishes and clothing; two hanging wardrobes under the bed for garments. Solar system installed.

Large refrigerator (automatic transition between gas, battery, and electricity). A highlight is the sanitary area: toilet and spacious separate shower room. These two rooms can be combined into one large area via two doors—a practical and time-saving feature. While one person gets ready in the bathroom, the other can shower. Large rear garage. Side compartment for two large gas cylinders.

Goldschmitt supplementary air suspension on the rear axle, with valve and pressure gauge in the cockpit. Additional air bellows. Comes with 8 tires: winter tires in very good condition, summer tires as new.

The vehicle is absolutely winterproof thanks to the double floor. 90-liter tank. With the upgraded load limit, we never had issues keeping within weight limits. Thule Omnistor 5200 awning.

TÜV (safety inspection) renewed in September 2025 with no issues. Gas inspection valid for another 12 months. Electric entry step included.

Motorhome regularly hand-washed, including the roof, with special cleaning agent to prevent moss growth.
