1. CHASSIS

2. TIPPER BODY
FRONT WALL The front wall consists of sturdy aluminum plank profiles.
SEAL BETWEEN FLOOR AND FRONT WALL Fixed seal between the floor and front wall by means of an aluminum profile and PVC seal.
SIDE WALLS Side walls in smooth design, inside and outside. Double-walled side wall profiles 600 mm wide - 30 mm thick - 3 mm inside - 2 mm outside (grain version). The side wall profiles are continuously welded together on the inside.
WEAR PLATES Wear plate in aluminum, rectangular, on the inside at the rear, 2000 (L) x 1500 (H) x 4 mm.
TIPPER FLOOR SYSTEM CARGO FLOOR CF 500 SL-C Electric operation. 21 slat system. Drive segment consisting of 3 hydraulically double-acting cylinders with a working stroke of 200 mm. End plate at the rear made of stainless steel.
