Two fully automatically welded T-profiles (width 200 mm)
Corrosion protection between steel and aluminium components, continuous rubber bonded under pressure onto the longitudinal beams for maximum stability via integrated tipping bearing shaft with wear-resistant, pressed-in special bushes, chassis width approx. 1,600 mm, air and electrical lines integrated in a plastic conduit.

Axles and Suspension, Disc Brakes
Jost-disc axle assemblies 3 x 9 tons with DCA air suspension, lift and lower valve, load pressure gauge, 3rd axle automatically liftable

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels fitted with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres approx. 50–60% tread remaining, on silver steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120

Landing Gear
Mechanical support legs, 2 x 20 ton load capacity, pivoting feet used for air suspension systems

Brake System
In compliance with EC standards, dual-circuit Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, EBS-E system Wabco 2S/2M, with RSS system (Roll Stability Support), aluminium air tanks

Electrical System
According to German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) with two five-chamber Aspöck LED lights, 24V system with two 7-pin and one 15-pin sockets at front, EBS socket, LED side marker lights, 2 clearance lights, 2 separate LED reversing lights

ALU bin, side walls with welded vertical aluminium profiles, floor approx. 6 mm thick wear-resistant aluminium alloy (5383H34), Brinell HB 110, front wall sloped design in 4 mm ALU with reinforcement profiles for tipping cylinder mount, side walls in 3 mm hard alloy, straight rear wall, universal door with automatic-pneumatic (lockable) swinging and 2/3-1/3 split hinged tailgate, double linkage, manufactured from 4 mm aluminium, 1 grain chute with water protection, wear plates on sides approx. 400-1,000mm x 3,000mm x 4mm

Hydraulic System
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on front wall with working pressure 150 bar, make: Edbro, with approx. 2 m hydraulic hose and 1" loose half-coupling
