How is unloading carried out? - Since the delivery date and time are fixed, you should have a crane or forklift at your address. Unloading at the address is your responsibility.

Will the container be delivered assembled? No. We deliver the containers disassembled. We will send an assembly manual.

Is the price inclusive of tax? No. Once your product arrives at Austrian customs and during the customs clearance process, you must pay the VAT to the relevant authority at arrival country. (Our colleagues will provide you with detailed information about this. It's a very simple process.)
