Vacuum suction drum STS V-1.5

Tank
- Tank 1,500 liter capacity
- Hot-dip galvanized container
- Tank tilted slightly backwards for better cleaning
- Side flushing opening in the tank to remove dirt or blockages without opening the tank lid
- Container lid can be opened completely to the passenger side and secured with hook bolts
- 2 safety stages fitted as standard to prevent damage to the compressor
- Syphon separator
- Overflow with 2 balls and sight glass
- Pressure gauge on oversuction set with protective bracket
- Mechanical fill level indicator with color scale

Motor and compressor
- MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 liters air capacity
- Vacuum max. -0.8bar (continuous operation at -0.5bar)
- Overpressure max. 0.49 bar
- Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
- B&S industrial motor Vanguard 13 hp
- Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery and tank
- Internal intake hose to avoid protection in the motor unit
- Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil catcher
- Stainless steel heat deflector plate over the exhaust
- 1 liter biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
- 5 liter petrol can in holder
- Standard funnel with long neck for changing and refilling engine oil
- All engine components and accessories stored in lockable engine box

Chassis
- Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
- Low loader tandem chassis 2.7t
- Track width identical to passenger car and Sprinter for optimum driving
- lowest possible center of gravity of the suction drum
- 2x axles with a load capacity of 1,350 kg each and independent wheel suspension from a well-known manufacturer
- Continuous welded V-drawbar
- Sturdy mudguards with metal lamp housing

- 2x suction hoses (3") 5m long with Perrot couplings
- 1x suction lance 3" (1500mm long)
- 1x Perrot connection (3") in the container lid at the bottom
- 1x Perrot connection (3") on the right side in the direction of travel
